Diagnose your System- $20.00 (Remotely or Drop-off only).
•At your home or office, $65.00.
Service call fee is $75.00. Only applies if no service is performed or as a minimum charge if service is under an hour. Normal hourly fees charged if over an hour of service is used. (see below for normal hourly fee)
Fresh Start- $89.00- in shop only.
We will either tune-up (see pricing below), remove all viruses and malware, or we will re-install your licensed operating system. Either option includes the following.
•Install Free Virus Software.
•Install Free Spyware/Malware Software.
•Install Free Office Suite Software.
•Install all current Service Packs.
•Install all windows updates.
•System Optimization
•Cleaning of PC or laptop.
Tune-Up/Virus removal- Remote or in shop only- $79.00 .
We will connect to your Pc or Laptop remotely and perform the following.
•Uninstall any unwanted or unused programs.
•Uninstall your current Virus Software and install our Free Virus and Spyware/Malware Software.
•Install Free Office suite if applicable.
•Install all current Service Packs.
•Install most windows updates. Show you how to maintain the rest.
•Remove Virus/Malware.
•System Optimization.
NOTE: Some Viruses damage operating system files or setting thus making it impossible to remove completely and provide you back with a proper operating PC. When this occurs a total system re-install will be needed. This will raise the cost to $89.00.
Data Recovery

Data Recovery
- Up to 4 GB, 35.00- This price is for a working hard-drive that will be removed or accessed due to either a PC or laptop that will not start or user can't log in. NOTE: If further recovery is required a price will be given prior to work.

•We can network your PC's, Laptop’s, Tablets and Printers to all work together.
•We can install, configure and secure wireless routers.

We can customize a plan so you can learn as little or as much as you like. Best of all we can do this remotely so you don’t even have to leave your home or office.

in shop. This service will include an over all computer diagnosis of hardware and software issue, and a basic optimization, which will include
Startup optimization and services optimization. If issue are found during diagnosis , this will be discussed prior to service
